How has your 2020 been so far?
I saw this meme a few days ago that said, “We are 6 months into the year and it’s still January.” That pretty much sums up how much has gone down already. At the risk of sounding utterly dispiriting, here’s a little recap of how the first month of this year has been (in no particular order). I may or may not have forgotten a few:
Puerto Rico fell prey to yet another natural disaster. Jamaica soon followed.
Trump’s impeachment trials are well underway.
The Doomsday Clock says we are 100 seconds to midnight.
World War III may actually be a thing?
