Morning Reverie
Night bleeds into day. The hours melt together. I sway with the sea, lean into a reverie.
How many nights have you stayed out and lost track of time? Next thing you know day breaks. You feel one of two ways: really guilty yearning to wash yourself clean of the previous night’s debauchery, OR really alive and at peace, thankful for a brand new day. Here’s to you, daybreakers, to all those late nights and early sunrises that made you shine from within and beam with gratitude…
About the look – A blazer is a staple piece to have in your wardrobe, as it can be styled different ways and be worn all year-round. Here, an oversized blazer and boyish silhouette are offset with ladylike details – sparkly sequins, chic heels, pearl buttons. The Calvin Klein halter top adds a touch of sport, as I’m pretty obsessed with sportswear and have been incorporating it into my daily looks, either dressed up or dressed down. I should note, I just returned from SS18 New York Fashion Week and came back super inspired by all the runway fashions and badass street style, so stay tuned for more, and follow me on Instagram for my daily musings 🤳
